its my first ever quilt
due to time restraints i chose a pattern
would have much preferred a little more creative outlet
perhaps next time
not too sure about that mouth

Such pretty fabrics Deb, and its cute! The snowman's mouth looks fine :)
You've done a great job. I think it's wise to start with a pattern - build confidence & then branch out.
Oh it is lovely!!
The mouth seems nice to me!!
There is nothing dorky there! Looks wonderful xx
I don't find it dorky at all, it's all very cute and whimsical.
That's not dorky - it's seasonal! Great quilt :) K
Nothing dorky about a little seasonal cheer, I'm quite certain that Petal & Le Artiste would agree with me. Well done.
Oh it's lovely!!! I think it's fabulous!
What a lovely quilt - I wish I had got round to making one this year. My mum made me a Christmas advent calendar quilt and it is still such a treasured possession. x
you better hope santa doesn't read your blog or you'll be straight on that naughty list for calling him a dork. i think it's fab and i'm sure santa will agree
Not dorky - a fabulous first quilt and much better than I could do. I think Santa will be pleased and add a little something to your stocking this year!!
It's lovely, and so fun! It even makes me want to make one for myself!(and I don't quilt!!!)
Aaaaw! I think they're cute and chockers with personality. : )
