Two days to go

and not a care in the world

My baby left

to holiday in the USA
yesterday

i think i miss her already
she is gone for almost 8 weeks
i think i might be in trouble
good thing there's loads of work to keep me busy
i think she did well getting herself through
the busy LA airport
are you sending family traveling this holiday season

today is over
what a day

about this girls
16th birthday

although she will be with her sister

Another week flies by

and as summer moves on in i find myself dreaming of
the sports i love so much
and need to 'make the time for' more

i do miss my days with my rowing partners
and only ocassionally get to row in a scull these days
but when i do
i love it so much

i do still own this kayak since we moved away from the waters edge
but dont use it all that much
i must confess i do need a bit more 'braun' to help with the
lifting to the car roof

perhaps after making this post one of my fellow water sports lovers may
ring and invite me for a row
it often happens
putting it out there......:)

in the far right corner
must remember to turn this off before work today

so that is some of our work for the weekend
the new garden measures 14m x 5m

i love the coriander and the dill is about to spring into a
beautiful head of yellow
all belonging to the umbellifer family
so gorgeous
